After ▶ Play now, keys work immediately — no extra click. Arrows move. Z = A, X = B. A gamepad uses the same A / B / Start buttons.

Thwaite is a homebrew missile defense game for the Nintendo Entertainment System, in the spirit of the arcade classic Missile Command. Protect the houses of a small town by firing anti-ballistic missiles at incoming threats. Thwaite is free software: the ROM and its full source code are available from the author's repository.
